How to Request Deletion
Method 1: Through Your Account
- 1 Log in to your SensWit account
- 2 Go to Account Settings
- 3 Click "Delete Account" or "Request Data Deletion"
- 4 Follow the confirmation process
Method 2: Contact Us Directly
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer with the following information:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name and email address
- Account username or ID (if known)
- Approximate date of account creation
- Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
Processing Time
Standard Processing
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Complex Requests
If your request is complex or involves multiple data sources, it may take up to 60 days. We will notify you if additional time is needed.
