SensWit Terms of Use

1. The product

SensWit is a decision workspace for creators, agencies, and brand teams. You state an intention. SensWit turns it into a bet, compiles a pack, and keeps the decision. A receipt, when it exists, compares what was bet with what happened.

SensWit does not promise views, subscribers, CPA, ROAS, or revenue. A range is a range. A miss stays a miss. Nothing in the product is a guarantee.

2. The account

You need an account. You must be 18 or older, and able to bind the person or company you sign for. Google sign-in is the login. You keep the Google account secure. What happens under your login is yours.

One person, one login. A workspace may seat others. You are responsible for the seats you create.

3. Rooms

A creator channel is one Room. An agency client is one Room. You may use only Rooms you are a member of. Asking for another Room returns not found. You will not try to read, export, or infer another customer’s name, copy, or file.

An agency admin seats people and sets brand law. An approver approves a pack they did not compile. A user edits inside the Room they were given. Those limits are part of the product, not a preference.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of scripts, cuts, brand law, and outcomes you submit. You give SensWit a licence to host, display, and process that material only to run the service for your Room: compile, schedule, receipt, export, and support.

We do not train foundation models on your packs, transcripts, or cuts. We do not sell your content.

Masters stay with you. A YouTube video scheduled through SensWit stays on YouTube. A working cut in our storage is deleted when the platform accepts the post, or within 90 days. The hash and the decision remain. SensWit is not your archive.

5. What you will not do

• Lock a claim you do not believe, or ship a claim the Room forbids.
• Use the product to deceive a client, a platform, or a viewer.
• Upload material you do not have rights to.
• Probe another Room, scrape the service, or bypass an approval.
• Use the output as legal, medical, or election advice.

Platform rules still apply. YouTube, Meta, and the rest can reject a post. That rejection is not a failure of these terms.

6. Decisions and posting

A pack does not ship itself. A creator writes the decision. An agency pack needs an approver who did not compile it. If you connect a platform, you authorise SensWit to schedule what you, or your approver, confirmed. You can cancel a job before it runs.

7. Plans

Creator and Agency are the same system with different seats. Fees, if any, are shown before you pay. A payment processor charges the card. We may change a paid plan on notice. We do not change the rule that a Room cannot read another Room.

8. Availability

The service is provided as it is. We will try to keep it up. We do not warrant that a compile, a forecast, or a post will be on time or correct. A forecast can be turned off. When it is off, the rest of the product still works.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, SensWit is not liable for lost views, lost spend, a client dispute, or a platform ban arising from a pack you approved. Our total liability in a year is the amount you paid us in that year, or INR 10,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. End

You may close the account by writing to connect@senswit.com. We may suspend a Room that breaks these terms, leaks another Room, or is used to break the law. Export while the account is open. Deletion follows the privacy statement. A decision you already exported is yours.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [city] have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right to sue elsewhere that cannot be waived.
